Spring wedding at Blackwell Grange

Spring wedding at Blackwell Grange. Roxanne and Mike got married at the gorgeous Blackwell Grange wedding venue in the Cotswolds. Blackwell is a beautiful wedding location, set amongst the Cotswolds countryside. Pretty little gardens, bright wedding breakfast room and your ceremony in a thatched barn, it’s really such a pretty wedding venue.

Roxanne got ready at the venue, she looked so beautiful. Her daughter helped her into her dress, such a sweet moment. Mili Fox did Roxanne’s make up and Sian Redmond did her hair. Roxanne was such a perfect bride, she loved having her photograph taken, which is a dream come true for a wedding photographer.

I love photographing weddings in the Cotswolds, the light so pretty and there’s always gorgeous flowers, buildings and scenery. Blackwell grange is exactly this. After the ceremony in the thatched barn, guests threw confetti before having drinks whilst we took photographs in the grounds. Then inside the main building for the wedding breakfast and speeches.

What I love about spring weddings, is the weather starts to get lighter in the evening. So guests can enjoy drinks outside before the first dance and evening reception.
