Compton Verney – Ashleigh and Chris.

I’ve known Ashleigh for years, we went to primary school together (she’s younger! Haha). So I was so happy when she asked me to photograph her wedding, I knew it would be a stunning day.

Ashleigh got ready at her fabulous home, with Susie Gee on make up and Nichola on hair. Ashleigh looks beautiful! I always love photographing weddings at Compton Verney. It’s a wedding venue that is right up my street! We’re so lucky in Warwickshire to have lots of amazing wedding venues, but Compton Verney is up there as one of the best!

I knew Ashleigh (and Chris!) would make the venue look fabulous. Ashleigh is an interior designer so I knew she had style. It was my first time working with Etiquette Event styling, who made the venue look even better with their styling of pink flowers that filled the venue. The chapel also covered in pink flowers, the smell was beautiful. They also had an envelope table plan which was so cute! Little letters to all their guests.

As the ceremony began, their children had recorded a little voice note to play before Ashleigh walked down the aisle. To which Chris shed a tear or two. It was such a lovely touch!

Compton Verney is the perfect place to take wedding photographs. The backdrop is just gorgeous.
