Wedding Venues In Cotswolds by Kayleigh Pope
Having been a wedding photographer for over ten years, I have been fortunate to work at lots of stunning wedding venues. The Cotswold’s is such an idyllic setting for a wedding, with the beautiful Cotswolds stone and stunning views, it’s one of the top places for a wedding.
I love photographing weddings in the Cotswold’s as I think it suits my style of photography – light and bright. The creamy tones of the Cotswold’s make for the perfect backdrop which I absolutely love!
Here are some of my favourite venues I have photographed at (and also some I’d like to!)
Stone Barn – Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
I adore this venue. An 18th century Cotswold stone barn, this venue is the STUNNING. I love the exposed brickwork and tin roof. It is also in the middle of fields so you can’t see anything around it. Also great for photographs!
Egypt Mill – Nailsworth, Gloucestershire
I photographed one of my first weddings here years ago. A gorgeous 16th century old mill turned wedding venue in Gloucestershire.
Hyde House – Stow On The Wold, Gloucestershire
This Cotswold venue is stunning. Not far out of Stow on the Wold, this venue has it all. Gorgeous views, a barn for the ceremony and a beautiful house. Perfect for photographs.
Manor by the Lake – Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
I am going to photograph a wedding here in October and I can’t wait! A Victorian Manor house set in spectacular grounds. This Cotswold venue is one I am looking forward to photographing at!
Lapstone Barn – Chipping Campden
I was supposed to photograph a wedding here last year, but due to covid it was moved! This venue in Chipping Campden is one of the top Wedding Venues In Cotswolds. An 18th century Cotswold barn, it has those dreamy creamy walls that I love!
Primrose Hill Farm – Banbury, Oxfordshire
Primrose Hill is a unique contemporary barn conversion and Grade II listed farmhouse turned wedding venue. It has great barn doors for photographs and a lovely big barn conversion for your ceremony.
