Carolyn + Stefan – Wedding at Warwick House.

After postponing their wedding by only a few days, Carolyn and Stefan got married at the beautiful Warwick House. With 30 guests, instead of the previous 15 their wedding was perfect. Carolyn, who is from Columbia, had some family who sadly couldn’t attend her wedding, but they were of course still a part. 

In the morning, Carolyn and her bridesmaids had their hair and make up done by Linzi Loops and Ashley Hope. Watching through Facetime, Carolyn’s Mum saw her in her dress for the first time – such a touching moment. It really bought home the effects of the covid pandemic. Once ready, the ceremony began, streamed online to Columbia. 

We took photographs in the beautiful grounds of Warwick house. Rain started to fall, but we still managed to take lots of lovely photos!

Inside for the wedding breakfast, the room was filled with pretty pink blossom trees, looking perfect against the white walls of Warwick House.

The speeches began. Carolyn’s parents pre recorded a speech at home which was played to everyone – with a few tears. 

It’s so sad to see the effects of the pandemic, but also nice to see how guests can still be included. No matter the distance.

In the evening, Carolyn and Stefan performed their first dance. Then Synergy Live played for the guests – they’re SO good! It was amazing to hear live music again.
