At the heart of what I do is a very simple idea. To turn those awkward lulls into unforgettable highlights! What I do isn’t really about magic, it’s about giving each guest a lasting memory of a great day.

For many weddings, the afternoon drinks reception is a time when the happy couple are busy with the photographer and the majority of guests are left with nothing more than a few canapés and some background music.

You’ve had the excitement of the ceremony, and then a lot of waiting around. It’s important to keep the guests entertained during this period to ensure the atmosphere of the day doesn’t stall. You can relax and take your time getting that perfect photo, knowing that your guests are in safe hands and won’t be watching the clock.

Of course the other option is after dinner while the DJ/Band is setting up. Quite often around 6pm there is a bit of dead time, and it’s essential to keep the energy going if you want a good party in the evening! I’ll bridge the gap between the speeches and the first dance, typically around 6pm-9pm.

Because every wedding is unique, I tailor my timings around you and your day. I don’t have a ‘per hour’ slot, I’m simply booked for either the afternoon or the evening and I stay until the job’s done! You won’t have to worry if there is an unexpected delay, it’ll be my priority to ensure everyone is having the best time.
