Laura Ashley Tearoom, Coventry

I love cake. It’s up there with my love for pizza. I also love beautiful interiors. So visiting the new Laura Ashley Tearoom in Coventry was perfect! They do the most beautiful afternoon tea, plus a vegan menu, at such a great price. You get a selection of yummy cakes and sandwiches, then a pot of tea (or upgrade it prosecco!). I had a vegan scone and it was absolutely gorgeous! So light and airy. I would 100% go back just for a plate of scones!
The setting is gorgeous too, I loved the furniture and the stunning Laura Ashely peacock wallpaper. The room is relaxing, you could easily spend a few hours here eating cakes, drinking tea and chatting the afternoon away.
