Kayleigh and Jamie – HYDE BARN
I’ve been friends with Jamie for years, so I was really happy when he asked me to photograph his wedding to the gorgeous Kayleigh (if not a little nervous!).
They got married at the stunning Hyde Barns in the Cotswolds. In the morning Kayleigh got ready at the barn with her bridesmaids, flower girls and Mum. The talented Kiah Matthews was the make up artist and Sarah Acton styled the hair, complete with a headpiece and veil by J&J designs.
Kayleigh’s ‘something blue’ was her shoes from Dune and she carried a beautiful bouquet by The flower barn, who had also styled the venue with flowers.
Once ready the outdoor ceremony began, Kayleigh and Jamie read their own vows to each other which gave it a personal touch! Afterwards guests were able to ‘pimp their prosecco’ whilst listening to Betsy Harmony sing.
We took photographs in the fields next to Hyde Barn then headed back inside for the wedding breakfast.
The room looked great! Drapes by House of Bunting hung in the main room and a Krispy Kreme cake sat in the corner. Not forgetting the cheese tower too from the Cotswold Cheese Company!
The centrepieces were Kayleigh’s Nanna’s china which she’d inherited, which sat on a pile of books. Guests were also asked to sign a guitar as their guestbook! Such a great idea!
In the evening Kayleigh and Jamie had their first dance and then guests danced the night away to The Beat Factor. The whole day was also filmed by the always amazing Leanne at Blooming Lovely!
