Pretty winter weddings

pretty_little_home_shabby_chic_shop_coventry_winter_weddings_Winter weddings seem to last from October to March time. Although it can rain anytime of the year (August, I’m talking to you), October to March also have that added temperature drop.

I love summer weddings for the light, the long nights and the soft beautiful colours that seem to be a theme. However, winter weddings are just as beautiful.

Yes, they can be cold and yes it may rain (see more on that here) but they’re cosy and all your guests seem to spend more time inside together – and a sparkler exit is a must!

No longer are people sticking to darker colours for their winter weddings. You can still have pastel or a ‘shabby chic’ wedding in November, you can just mix it with some candles to give it a cosy feel.

I find more and more, couples are using websites like Pinterest for their wedding inspiration. They are collecting and buying beautiful things they can use again to make their day more personal.
