Kimberley and Stuart – WEDDING
Kimberley and Stuart got married on a very rainy day in November. In the morning Kimberley got ready at her home alongside her bridesmaids. In the pre-wedding photoshoot, Kimberley and I had had a long discussion about her shoes… Not going to lie, I was pretty excited to see them. They did not disappoint, Kimberley had the most beautiful silver Jimmy Choo shoes.. gorgeous! Not only this, Kimberley’s dress was stunning as was her bouquet. I don’t think I have ever seen a bouquet so big! Amy Louise made sure Kimberley and her bridesmaids looked gorgeous before leaving for the church.
Kimberley and Stuarts wedding was held at Berkswell Church and their reception followed at Dunchurch Park hotel. After the ceremony the rain began.. and it didn’t stop. I have never done a wedding where it rained all day.. until this day! Luckily, Dunchurch has some great places to shelter under, so you can still make use of the grounds. I don’t think you can tell from the photographs how vile the weather was, but it really was cold and wet. Kimberley, Stuart, their friends and family didn’t complain once. They all stood outside in the cold (under the shelter) so we could still get some beautiful photographs. Blue Ridge Wedding Videography were their videographers, we spent most of the day under umbrellas trying to keep dry.
After the photographs we were able to go into the warmth of Dunchurch Park’s Grand Hall where guests ate and listened to the speeches. I have to give Stuart a shout out for surprising Kimberley with a saxophone performance during his speech. He is a great saxophonist (got it right!?).
Thank you for choosing me to capture your beautiful day.
