Martin and Katie – WEDDING

Martin and Katie got married at St Andrews church with their reception at the beautiful Lake at Barston in Solihull. I have never photographed a wedding with such changeable weather. We had sun, wind, rain and… hailstones. Yes, hailstones. Which I can safely say aren’t fun at weddings. We spent alot of time running in and out of the building as soon as the weather changed.

Katie wore a beautiful Maggie Sottero dress, she looked absolutely stunning. I spent the morning with her family during the bridal preparation, including two lovely dogs! (Check out my Instagram!). Katie’s sisters were her bridesmaids and wore beautiful blue ‘dessy’ dresses. Martin’s brother was his best man, their suits were from Moss Boss.

From the bridal preparation, up until the first dance, I felt so welcomed by both of your families. I love that you both had fun whilst being photographed… maybe Martin more than Katie (Martin LOVES to pose) and you were both willing to try any ideas.
