Kelly and Craig – WEDDING

Kelly and Craig got married at Dunchurch Park Hotel on a cold February day. In the morning Kelly got ready alongside her Bridesmaids with Suzie Gee on make up and Jodie Cortese on hair. Kelly looked beautiful in her dress by Enzoani, which fit her perfectly thanks to Stiched up alterations. Once ready, the ceremony began, then we were able to go straight outside for confetti! Dunchurch has such lovely grounds, so it was nice that the rain held off so we could use them!
After the wedding breakfast and speeches, Kelly and Craig danced their first dance to one of their guests who sang for them. Such a lovely touch!
The whole day was also filmed by The guy that films.

Hannah and Rick – WEDDING

Hannah and Rick got married on a sunny day in February at Warwick House.
Hannah had the most fabulous team on hair and make up, Danielle Guiden on make up and Faye from Hair Hostess on hair. These two are SO talented, love working with them. Once ready, Hannah got into her Mori Lee dress and carried a beautiful ornamental bouquet that she had made herself, then the ceremony began.
The ceremony was lovely, their son handed the rings and I love how he’s looking up watching them say their vows. So cute!
After the ceremony we went outside for photographs whilst the sun shone and magician Christian Fletcher entertained guests. He seriously is amazing. I am still baffled how he read my mind!
The wedding breakfast room was beautifully decorated with The wedding and events lounge sequin table cloths and a stunning cake by Jo at Cupcake Corner. Lovely wooden LOVE letters sat in the corner from L’Homme de fleur which lit the room perfectly and also lit the dance floor ready for the first dance.

Thank you so much for picking me to photograph your gorgeous day!

When you think wedding, you think confetti. It’s a shot that brides love. I love the trend of having confetti in pretty packets with your name on and these from the Confetti Cone Company are gorgeous! I especially love the confetti wand. I can imagine it would be great for photographs, showering the bride and groom with petals.
Check out the different styles below!

Sinead and Martin – WEDDING

Sinead and Martin got married on a sunny February day at Christ the King in Coventry. In the morning, Sinead and her bridesmaids got ready at a hotel near by, with Paris Donohue, Kerri Watkins and Kim Quinn on hair and Mili Fox was the make up artist. Sinead wore a gorgeous dress from Proposals in Coventry and looked absolutely stunning!
Once ready, they left for the Church. Sinead was lead down the aisle by a piper, which was well in keeping with the Scottish theme. Martin wore a kilt from Slaters, as did his ushers.
After the ceremony, we all left for Warwick House. The weather stayed nice and dry so we were able to get outside to take lots of photographs. Then it was back inside for the wedding breakfast, I like that with winter weddings, everything inside feels cosy!
In the evening Sinead and Martin danced their first dance and then the guests joined to dance the night away. Their whole day was also filmed by the very talented Blue Ridge Videography, love these guys!

Thank you for picking me to photograph your wonderful day!

How to tie a bow

I know this isn’t exactly the most riveting blog content, however.. On a wedding morning, the art of tying a bow correctly can be crucial!
I’ve seen many a bridesmaid panic as their bow is.. well, droopy (what a word!).. and everytime I hear the words ‘does anyone know how to tie a bow?!’ I think.. I’m going to learn and tape myself doing so.
So, here that is. It’s really the most unexciting thing probably ever, but it may help to make those mornings less stressful!
